University of Ghana Appoints Michael Opare Atuah as Registrar
The University of Ghana Governing Council has appointed Michael Opare Atuah as the institution’s new Registrar, with his tenure set to begin on August 1, 2026.
A Key Leadership Role
As Registrar, Mr. Atuah will serve as the University’s Chief Operating Officer, a role that places him at the center of the university’s administrative and operational framework. He will be responsible for overseeing critical functions that ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the institution, including academic administration, records management, and institutional coordination.
