How to Apply to UEW as a Mature Applicant

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) provides an opportunity for individuals aged 25 and above to gain admission through the Mature Entry Mode.

To apply as a mature applicant, you must:

1. Be at least 25 years old by the application deadline.

     • Birth certificate
     • Ghana Card
     • Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) card
     • Passport
2. Pass the Entrance Examination:
   • The entrance exams include:
     • General Aptitude Test (GAT)
     • Subject Area Test (SAT) specific to your chosen program.
   • Applicants pursuing Special Education must also pass an additional SAT.
