Who is the Director of KNUST IDL?

The current Director of the Institute for Distance Learning (IDL) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) is Professor Kwame Osei Boateng. He assumed this role on August 1st, 2018.

Professor Osei Boateng is a distinguished academic with a wealth of experience in the field of systems engineering and computer science. He holds a Doctorate in Systems Engineering from Ehime University in Japan, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the same university, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from KNUST.

Prior to his appointment as Director of IDL, Professor Osei Boateng served as a research assistant at Ehime University, where he contributed to the development of computer programs for laboratory experiments.
