The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a youth empowerment partnership initiative that was created by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) directed towards providing jobs for Nigerian graduates. This initiative was launched on the 31st of August, 2021 seeking to provide 20,000 talented Nigerian graduates with indigenous job opportunities that apply their skills and at the same time equipping them with first-class practical knowledge and other important skills.

Unlike other programmes and initiatives, the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme does not demand any sort of advanced requirement. This programme rather invites qualified applicants to experience a world full of many opportunities without tainting the history of the organisations that play host to successful Fellows. As said on the official website, “The programme will serve all of Nigeria – from North to South and East to West – ensuring that the youth and organisations from all corners of the country can participate. “
