- For so long, women in HISOK have been sidelined from leadership and there is the need for them to step up and take the mantle of leadership to drive HISOK in a new direction per Hashim Abdulrahman’s vision. The question for us to ask is, who Buabeng Fracisca is? From my checks,Buabeng Francisca happens to be a second year history student of KNUST who from my observatory lenses has availed herself to take the mantle of leadership which thereby changes the status quo of male dominance in HISOK.
- She is also someone who is purpose driven to accomplish whatever she has commenced as well exhibit the spirit of service thus putting up herself to serve in various capacities wherever she find herself where gaps exists to be filled to ensure the comfortability of all and sundry within the particular jurisdiction she finds herself. It therefore should dwell on us to take the note that, this is a lady that has dared to challenge the status quo of male dominance that has been the case since ages. It is under this regard that exhibits her courage that HISOK members must look up to her and her presidential candidate for the new direction they seek to provide to thier members.
