The Management of the GUSS Hostel at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has announced the rates for the academic year 2022–2023. The rate jumped by GH1100 over the previous semester, which is the biggest rise ever.
Therefore, all Ghanaian student residents of the GUSSS HOUSE who would want to renew their tenancy agreement for the 2022/2023 academic year are requested to make full payment of the respective accommodation fees when the portal is opened.

How to Apply for KNUST GUSSS Hostel Accommodation
- Visit the GUSSS Hostel room allocator portal here.://gusss.knust.edu.gh/booking/ A computer or a laptop is recommended.
- Log in with your username and password.
- A window will open with all hostels listed with available room types and space.
- Choose your preferred hostel (Baby Brunei, Brunei Complex, New Brunei, Old Brunei or Hall 7) and room type to book the room
- Save and print out the form.
- Make payment to the bank indicated on the form.
- You’ll be handed two receipts. One which you’ll submit at the GUSSS secretariat (at New Brunei) and the other for your keeping. This receipt you keep is what would grant you entry to your room
