What is BSc?

A Bachelor of Science (BSc) is an undergraduate study of a science-related area and is awarded to individuals who perform a deeper study of a specific area of interest. The program can generally be completed in three(3) to five( 5) years, depending on the course of study and also the university.

What is a bachelor of science (BSc) in Real Estate?

This academic degree focuses on the basics of the exchange in local and international housing associations and assets. Students can study strategic management, investment analysis, and real estate finance. Some courses can also concentrate on moral values and the way to optimize the value of assets. Classes may additionally cover the way to spot development opportunities, study the factors of production and investments. The undergraduate programme is offered in Ghana at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST):

WASSCE/SSSCE APPLICANTS

“a) Credit passes in three Elective subjects including Geography, Economics and a

third subject relevant to the Land Economy Programme, ideally  Business

Management,  Government, French, Accounting, Literature in English, Building Construction, History, Technical Drawing, Business Mathematics, and Mathematics.

b) Credit passes in three (3) elective subjects including Economics, and two other

subjects from the following: Further Mathematics, Geography, Accounting, Business

Management, Business Mathematics, Government, French, Building Construction,

Technical Drawing, and General Knowledge in Art.

A’ LEVEL APPLICANTS

FIVE (5) credits at the O’ Level including English and Mathematics, plus THREE

(3) A’ Level passes, two of which shall be Economics and Geography, at a grade not less C.

Preference is going to be given to a 3rd A’ Level pass in Mathematics, Government, or History.

Candidates also pass General Paper.

OR

Diploma in Estate Management holders with a minimum of 5 credits at O’ Level including:

English and Mathematics.

(a). MATURE APPLICANTS

Applicants should be a minimum of 25 years applying for the appliance.

EITHER

five credits at the O’ level including Mathematics and English language.

OR

WASSCE credits pass in three (3) Elective Subjects including Economics and

Geography or should hold a Diploma or HND in Estate Management. Within the case of Diploma holders, three (3) years of working experience, regardless of age, could also be required.

(b). DIPLOMA HOLDERS:

Candidates with the standard National Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in estate management or other relevant Diploma qualification from a recognized University or Polytechnic with  CWA of 70% and above.” @Knust.edu.gh
