Krobo Girl Senior High School Uniforms and a brief story will be discussed in this publication. Krobo Girls’ Senior High School is an all-girls secondary school in Odumasi Krobo, Ghana’s Eastern Region.
Scottish Missionaries founded the school in March 1927. Krobo Girls’ Senior High School began as a Middle School for girls in March 1927, founded by female Scottish Missionaries. Under the government’s expedited plan, a two-year teacher training college for women was introduced to the girls’ school in 1944 on an experimental basis. In 1951, the Presbyterian Church of Ghana established a Certificate B Teacher Training College for women, which was managed by the Presbyterian Church of Ghana.
Under the consolidation of the Krobo Girls Middle School, the two-year teacher training college was changed to a four-year certificate A Teacher Training College for women in 1962, and the Krobo Girls Middle School was phased out in September 1973, while the training college was converted to a girl’s secondary school.
