What is a Transcript Certificate?

A transcript certificate is nothing but a document that acts as proof of your educational qualifications. It includes the complete record of all the subjects studied by the students in his/her academic session along with marks or grades respectively.

How Long is a Transcript Valid?

College or university transcripts do not expire, and schools are obligated to maintain transcripts for all students who have enrolled in and attended their institution — regardless of whether that student graduated.

How many Copies of Transcripts are Required?

Some Universities ask for 2 copies of the transcript (one for the graduate school and one for the department). You should always apply for more transcripts than the number of Universities you are applying for. Normally, if you are applying for 10 Universities, you should get around 15-16 transcripts.

What should a Transcript look like?

Your transcript should include the following information:
