Thief Beaten Beyond Recognition in front of KNUST Frontline Hostel, One Escapes. Every year, KNUST management increases security both on and off campus to protect students, as armed robbers and thieves improve their tactics to stay alive.
Therefore, using a caught victim in action as an example, students devise criminal means to ensure their safety off-campus, such as beating, stoning, or burning them alive.
According to information received, two robbers attempted to rob a student this morning around 5am near the White House Hostel at Ayeduasi KNUST but were apprehended in front of the Frontline Hostel.
One of them, according to an eyewitness, was able to flee while the other attempted to use a knife while holding it to frighten the security guard who caught them.
He was then subjected to mob beatings as the motorcycle used for this operation was burnt.
