THE attention of Management has been drawn to notices being circulated on social media, captioned “End of Semester Examinations” dated August, 2021, purported to have been signed by the Deputy Registrar Students Affairs, informing students that the end of second semester examinations have been scheduled for Monday, August 9″, and Monday, August 16, respectively.
We wish to inform Students that the said notices are FAKE, and must be treated with the contempt they deserve.
As we are aware, Management issued a General Notice No. 29/21 dated 6th August, 2021, signed by the Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs, to suspend the End-of-Second Semester Examinations as a result of the Strike by the
University Teachers Association (UTAG), and this Nofice still stands.
Students would be OFFICIALLY informed of any new development with regard to the conduct of the End-of-Second Semester Examinations for the 2020/2021 Academic Year by the Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs.
