On the 24th of June, 2021, the polls for the General Secretary portfolio was conducted and lasted 24 hours. At the end of the day, a total of one thousand two hundred and six (1206) votes were casted. With four hundred and twenty four (424) votes, Miss Comfort Awuah is in the lead with Miss Emmanuella Bessa Simmons in second place with three hundred and sixty six votes (366) votes. Following the others are Miss Benedicta Tiwaah Amankwah in third place with two hundred and forty seven (247) votes and in fourth place Miss Catherine Osei with a hundred and sixty nine (169) votes.
