The Independence Hall (INDECE) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) came alive on 16th–17th January 2026 as it hosted the much-anticipated INDECE Akwaaba Fest 2026. The festival, held at the Forecourt of Independence Hall, brought together students, entrepreneurs, creatives, and corporate brands for two days of vibrant culture, entertainment, and commerce.

Akwaaba Fest is renowned for celebrating creativity, community, and business innovation, and this year’s edition did not disappoint.
