GES Releases 2025 School Placement, Warns Against Unauthorised Admissions
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially announced the release of the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.
In a directive signed by the Acting Deputy Director-General (Q & A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, GES instructed all Regional Directors of Education to communicate the release of the placement results to District Directors and Heads of Schools.
According to the statement, admission of students must strictly follow the placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat. It further warned that no school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES.
Students who have been successfully placed are expected to report to their respective schools on October 18, 2025. Heads of schools have also been directed to ensure that registration processes are conducted smoothly and in line with the guidelines provided.
GES cautioned that any infractions, including unauthorised admissions, will attract administrative sanctions. To enforce compliance, Regional and District Directors have been tasked to provide supervisory support during the exercise.
The statement stressed that the cooperation of all stakeholders remains critical to guaranteeing a transparent and successful admission process for the 2025 academic year.
