How to Book for a Room – University Hall
Follow this guide to secure your accommodation effortlessly:
1. Access the Hall Reservation Link
Click on the designated Hall Reservation link to begin your booking process.
2. Log in with Your Credentials
Use your student credentials to log in:
- Student ID: This is located on your Admission Letter.
- Password: The default password is 12345 (MIS password).
3. Select Your Preferred Hall
- Navigate to the “School Halls” section.
- Choose Navro Hall if you’re an all-female student.
4. Book Your Room
Click on the Book Room option to proceed.
5. Accept Terms and Conditions
Scroll down to read the terms and conditions. Check the box to accept them.
6. Confirm Your Booking
Click on Confirm Booking to finalize your reservation.
Post-Booking Approval
After your booking is approved by a Senior Hall Tutor, you can log in again using your credentials to:
- View your bookings.
- Access proof of payment for your records.
How to Upload Receipt of Payment
- Login here hostels.cktutas.edu.gh with your Student ID and password (default:12345)
- On the Top view, click on Dashboard
- Click on My Bookings
- Then on Bookings History click on View
- Scroll down to upload proof of payment (receipt). After choosing the file, Click Upload.
- A message will pop up and it reads: Proof has been uploaded and pending administrator’s approval. Click OK.
