You must complete your academic registration before you can register for accommodation. - Applied for and Secured On-Campus Accommodation
Ensure that you have successfully applied for and been allocated a room in one of the university’s halls of residence. - Paid the Residential Fees in Full
Make sure to pay the full amount of the residential fees within 48 hours of being allocated a bed. This is crucial to secure your room. - Still Within the 24-Hour Registration Window
You must complete the residential registration within 24 hours after the deadline for the payment of the residential fees.

The registration for accommodation is done through the MIS Web. Follow these steps to complete your registration:
- Log in to the MIS Web
Access the MIS Web Portal using your student credentials. - Select “Residence Registration”
On the left side of the screen, under Student iEnabler, click on “Residence Registration”. - Submit Your Residence Registration
Click on “Submit Residence Registration”. - Select the Academic Year
Click on the academic year (displayed in blue). - Confirm Hall and Room Details
A confirmation screen will appear, showing your allocated hall and room number. - Accept and Confirm
Click on “I Accept” to confirm your accommodation details. - Print Proof of Residential Registration
After confirming, print the Proof of Residential Registration. Keep this document for your records.
Reporting to Your Hall of Residence
On your designated reporting date:
- Report to your allocated Hall of Residence.
- Bring two passport-sized photos.
- Carry printed copies of your academic registration and residential registration proofs.
