Steps to Request Undergraduate Transcripts

1. Pay the Transcript Fee
   • Bank: Ghana Commercial Bank
   • Account Number: 5011130016925
   • Account Name: UHAS School Fees
2. Obtain Clearance
   • Get clearance for any outstanding school fees at the Student Accounts Unit.
   • Ensure all borrowed materials are returned to the library at the Permanent Campus, Sokode.
3. Submit Payment Receipt and Application
   • Submit the receipt of payment along with an application letter to the Academic Affairs Directorate.
4. Collect Your Transcript
   • Transcripts are ready within five working days after submission.
