Depending on the programme and your nationality, the cost of application vouchers is as follows:

Where to Purchase Application Vouchers (Ghanaian Applicants Only)
Ghanaian applicants can purchase the application vouchers from the following locations:
- Post Offices
- Ecobank
- Cal Bank
- GCB Bank
- Zenith Bank
- Fidelity Bank
- Access Bank
Upon purchase, you will receive a payment receipt containing a serial number and a PIN. These will serve as your login details for the online application portal.
Mode of Application
For Ghanaian Applicants:
- Visit the UMaT Online Admission Portal at www.portal.umat.edu.gh/apply.
- Use the serial number and PIN provided on your payment receipt to log in.
- Complete the online application form.
- Upload your recent passport-sized photograph and relevant documents.
- Review all details thoroughly before submitting.
- Print out the application summary, attach all necessary documents (results slips, certificates, and valid national ID), and scan them.
- Send the scanned documents, along with the signed copy of the application form, to admissions@umat.edu.gh.
- Email Subject: Use “Application for Admission” followed by your full name in brackets. E.g., Application for Admission (Zainab Issaka).
For International Applicants:
- Request login details by clicking this link.
- Note that the US$100 application fee will be added to your first-year fees upon admission.
- Upload your passport-sized photograph, results slips, certificates, and other relevant documents during the application process.
- Ensure that the online application form is fully completed and submitted.
