According to reports, Semevo had been receiving treatment at Ridge Hospital after sustaining severe burns in a fire accident about a week ago. His condition was first made public on February 8, 2025, by Judith Addison of Beyond Burns International, a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting burns survivors. At the time, Addison reported that Semevo was in critical condition following the accident.
