1. WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants

To qualify, candidates must achieve credit passes (A1-C6/ A-D) in:

  • Core Subjects: English, Mathematics, Integrated Science, and Social Studies (All four must be included during the application process).
  • Elective Subjects: Three relevant electives applicable to the chosen program (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics).

Note: Applicants must have at least C6/D in Social Studies. However, it is not used in aggregate calculations.

2. A-Level Applicants

  • Five (5) Ordinary Level (O-Level) passes, including English and Mathematics.
  • Three (3) Advanced Level (A-Level) passes in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

3. Other Educational Credentials

i. IGCSE/IB

  • Grades A*/A-C in English, Mathematics, and Biology at Standard Level (SL) or O-Level.
  • Grades A-C at Higher Level (HL)/IB2 in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or Mathematics.

ii. American High School System

  • Grades 12 and 13 must meet the equivalent entry requirements in science-related subjects.

4. International Applicants

  • Candidates with foreign educational credentials equivalent to the above-listed requirements may apply.
  • Foreign certificates must be authenticated by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC).
  • Documents not in English must be accompanied by an official translation.
